I purchased the app to learn Japanese. There are so many bugs that the app doesn’t register progress, the AI makes errors in translation, the app marks correct answers as wrong, the voice of the AI is completely out of synch with the avatar image. Response from the developer is poor at best. Apple should take this app down until the developer can correct interface bugs.

The app barely works. The units don’t progress like they should and after being frustrated with having to troubleshoot the app everytime I wanted to use it I decided that I didn’t want to be bothered with it. After going back and forth with customer service they decided that 50% refund was the best they could after using it for 48hours. 50% on a 6 MONTH subscription is crazy. And then cancelled the service immediately. I’m just overly frustrated with them and I warn anyone that if you’re not getting the free trial first don’t even bother cause the app will brick and they don’t care at all.
