I wish I had not purchased a subscription to this app because it has been a big disappointment. There’s been several bugs and errors, including mispronunciation by the A.I. It takes too long to get a response back about the problems and when they finally do it’s the same old our team is looking into it. So far there’s been no refund as requested and days tick by that I’m unable to use the app.

This app is so frustrating because it freezes often and some tabs never open. The speech recognition is poor and the AI annoyingly repetitive. Don’t waste your money!
