•      SM Command Center – AKA. Proactive tech support. The user’s LED sign automatically checks in periodically to Spectacular Media with a diagnostic report of the LED sign’s operation. If SM suspects anything wrong, they alert the user immediately.

•      SM Smart Conditional Scheduling – Users can setup messages to trigger automatically based on certain conditions, like weather, sports, or inventory. If its cold outside, the LED sign will automatically advertise a special on winter jackets or hot chocolate.
