After the new update I can’t get past the logo screen anymore. I can’t even see my account if pay my bill! Fix it please!

Sometimes the app does not accept my debit card, intermittent problem when I attempt to make payment using my debit card.

The payment option does not work very well, I have to try it anywhere from 3 -7 times before I can effect a payment. When time is an issue (which is most of the time) I have to try for a couple days as going to physically stand in line to make a payment is a last resort. Writing this review is problematic. The paragraph above must have been written years ago and I don’t have an option of writing a new one. I no longer have to wait, I’m able make a payment the first time. The payment system is the worse I have encountered period, thankfully I’m able to make a payment despite the obstacles so that is a plus.
