I usually order groceries online via various apps like Instacart and tried Instamandi after hearing about it. Unfortunately, I received rotten fruit and spoiled vegetables. While there’s a return option but the process is cumbersome as they call after a few days asking for pics and by then you may have trashed the items. IMO they should ask for pics as part of return request itself. Return experience is nowhere near as smooth as Instacart or other apps. Overall, not reliable in my experience. I’d rather visit the store and pick fresh produce myself.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order, completed the payment, and waited almost 4 hours, only to be told later that my location was too far for delivery. If my address was outside the delivery area, the app should have informed me before accepting my order and payment. This caused a lot of unnecessary waiting and frustration. I also faced multiple app issues, including being logged out repeatedly and being unable to remove items from my cart properly. Additionally, the phone call regarding my order was difficult to understand, and I had to ask for clarification several times.
