I placed one order and as per website it was supposed to get delivered in 2 hr but customer service told that brier creek area is not in service range so order would be delayed and no guaranteed timeline. Why dont they inform user at the time of order itself that delivery would be delayed, or better dont take order itself. App need to be updated by developers.

I usually order groceries online via various apps like Instacart and tried Instamandi after hearing about it. Unfortunately, I received rotten fruit and spoiled vegetables. While there’s a return option but the process is cumbersome as they call after a few days asking for pics and by then you may have trashed the items. IMO they should ask for pics as part of return request itself. Return experience is nowhere near as smooth as Instacart or other apps. Overall, not reliable in my experience. I’d rather visit the store and pick fresh produce myself.
