The workouts will not download.

So far, I like the simplicity of the app. I only have one issue and can’t find anything that explains or addresses it…each exercise description says to do 15 reps of 30 seconds, but when you start the workout, it takes you through one round of exercises and breaks and then you’re only option is to finish the workout. It doesn’t take you back through the set again. How are we supposed to repeat each exercise 15 times? I feel like I’m not getting the full benefit of the app and workouts.

I like the idea of this app. Customized to smaller workout/stretching sessions for me to begin with. I appreciate the timer and ability to pause. That said… the pictures don’t typically match the descriptions of the exercise. The written directions flow across the top of the screen during the “get ready” time so quickly in a line like a ticker tape that I can’t get it all. So I have to use the “i” button in the top corner to read the full description/direction. The directions always revert back to the first exercise but keep the current picture (again doesn’t seem to match the actual directions about 1/4-1/2 of the time) so you have to scroll through to find the one you want. Also some of the descriptions say to repeat 2-3 times but the timer only goes through the activity once then moves on.
