Recent reviews

We had to change a departure date so we canceled the departure flight and waited a month for the refund. The app also accidentally canceled our return flight in process without informing us so we had to buy new flights at the counter. The airline staff confirmed the full refund amount was given back to the agent but kiwi denied having received it. I even sent them the paper proof given to me by the airline but they still refused to acknowledge the refund. Never again.
