I bought a flight ticket from Boston to Europe through Kiwi. My trip was scheduled for December 28, 2025. Unfortunately, on December 27, I was admitted to the hospital and had emergency surgery to remove gallstones from my gallbladder. I immediately requested an emergency refund and provided the necessary information, but Kiwi refused to refund my $500 ticket. I called them every week, but they rarely answered the phone. I also sent many emails, and they kept telling me to wait. Finally, in July, they refunded only $80 and kept the remaining $420. In my opinion, they took my money unfairly. God will judge this company. I do not recommend buying tickets through Kiwi. Based on my experience, if you need an emergency refund, do not expect fair treatment.

I purchased the tickets with layover in GB and after several hours realized that I need a visa. So I cancelled the flight and asked about refund. Same day! But they ignored my cancellation request and did not process it. I have all the proofs. It’s already half a year I can’t to get a refund from them because of their mistake.
