User Reviews

Users praise the bulbs and app for color control and features, but recurring issues with unstable connectivity, difficult pairing, and unreliable software undermine the experience. Support quality and routine reliability are commonly cited problems, with some devices failing after extended use.
Pros
  • Bulbs themselves are high quality and capable; worth the cost for features like zoning and multi-room control.
  • The app provides robust color control and scheduling, enabling rich lighting scenes when it works.
  • App updates and ongoing improvements are appreciated by users.
Cons
  • Frequent disconnects and unstable connectivity, with lights flashing or not responding and requiring resets.
  • Cumbersome pairing/setup (QR code from the box, manual Wi‑Fi pairing) and problematic HomeKit integration.
  • Poor or inconsistent customer support and frequent software bugs.
  • Routines and schedules often fail to function correctly.
  • Reliability issues where devices stop working after months or fail to reconnect after outages.

I don't understand how hard it is to create a damn light to stay connected to the wifi? Is this something that is just too hard to achieve? Can you hire anyone with any ounce of clue how to keep the damn thing connected? Her derrr! Can never turn my damn lights off because it decides one light isn't connected and won't connect, just loads until it randomly turns on.
