I fully completed a game’s challenge list and on the last challenge they stopped paying out claiming a “tracking issue”. They then asked me to manually prove my account level with a screen recording which I happily provided only to be met with “due to the tracking issue we still can not verify completion.” The video clearly showed completion of the challenge but they still would not honor the payout. I have completed over 50 challenges and have been a consistent and loyal customer but they turned their back on me the second I needed a bit of help and still refuse to help to this day. Stay far away from this app there are much better options on the App Store that offer the same services.
