For some reason, I offloaded this app because I wasn’t really using it, but i downloaded it again and it doesn’t work? Like, everything is just white and I waited an hour for it to load but it never did. It works on my brothers phone so maybe it’s just mine?

Is this still bear/app supported? Bought the bear for Christmas and it simply does not stay connected so the bear doesn’t talk.

This app is terrible. Difficult to set up. It randomly stops working. Stories I already generated disappear from the app. I get errors when trying to generate new stories. At this point, we can’t use the bear at all since our stories have disappeared and we can’t create new ones. Reached out to support twice with no response. Save your money!
