User Reviews

Users praise CirrusMD for being easy to use, fast access to real doctors, and the ability to get care at home without a trip to the clinic, with several noting professional, helpful physicians and cost/time savings. However, recurring concerns include billing issues and unexpected charges, unhelpful or unprofessional providers, inconsistent customer support, and occasional app glitches or access problems. Some users also feel the service isn’t truly 24/7, with limited hours. Overall, CirrusMD shows value for convenient care, but reliability, billing transparency, and support need improvement.

Cons
  • Billing issues, unexpected charges, and slow or unresponsive dispute handling.
  • Inconsistent or unprofessional doctor interactions, including repetitive questions and limited usefulness.
  • Poor or slow customer support and response times.
  • App instability and technical glitches, including login/verification problems.
  • Perceived misalignment on availability; claims of 24/7 service not always met.

They will not refill generic non-controlled medications. They won’t provide alternatives. They simply say not our policy to refill. Three other telehealth apps refilled them without any issue.

I gave what was going on and was told to go see another doctor. I’m in training at work and can’t see my pcp and the urgent care doesn’t take my insurance. It’s free for me to use this app and you get what you pay for I guess.
