User Reviews

Users praise CirrusMD for being easy to use, fast access to real doctors, and the ability to get care at home without a trip to the clinic, with several noting professional, helpful physicians and cost/time savings. However, recurring concerns include billing issues and unexpected charges, unhelpful or unprofessional providers, inconsistent customer support, and occasional app glitches or access problems. Some users also feel the service isn’t truly 24/7, with limited hours. Overall, CirrusMD shows value for convenient care, but reliability, billing transparency, and support need improvement.

  • Inconsistent or unprofessional doctor interactions, including repetitive questions and limited usefulness.

I registered for my account in February when I needed a doctor and was able to. Today im feel sick again the link sent to my email from February has expired and as of 4hrs ago I still have not been able to get an appointment. I tried to use the ble question mark for help & No customer support available for 3hrs now. When someone is not feeling well and can’t access even an account with no or delayed responses takes away all integrity your app has.

I logged on late at night, around 12:30am and I was able to get help for my questions immediately. I felt like I was asking silly questions but I was taken seriously and Dr. Yer Xiong was extremely patient, helpful, and very kind. I felt reassured right away with great advice and learned the right next steps to take. Overall, it was a great experience and I will keep this in mind any time I need assistance.

I used Cirrus because I was having severe anxiety problems which turned out to be panic disorder. They got me on some drugs, but did not direct me to therapy or anything that would have actually helped me. The worst was that when I checked in to ask about my meds I thought I would not be charged, but was charged $60 for each day that I checked in. I tried to dispute the problem, but was told I had to send an email, which they never responded even after multiple attempts. I gave up and decided to pay after having received a final notice. Then their provided phone number no longer worked and their web site was having issues. After hours I was finally able to get my payment through. I sent multiple emails to all their support addresses. I still have not heard back from anyone.
