I’ve had to re-sign up / delete re-install this app a few times. Last time it finally started recognizing username and password until I went into facility and maybe they tried to combine the two accounts or something else but once again I can’t get in. It doesn’t recognize autofill passwords when I know they are absolutely right. Even if you change password and you know it’s correct it doesn’t recognize it. This all matters because I can’t see if there are any people signed up for open play session. I live 45 minutes away so I can’t just pop over. Calling too far in advance which I need bc of travel may not be accurate. This is very very frustrating. Terrible app. Very disappointing. Unfortunate bc the facility is great. I really enjoy it there.
