Her weekly schedule is great when you don’t want to think about what to do, but you also have the option to pick from a variety of workouts when you have something in mind our in the mood for setting specific. Plus her challenges are top notch! Can’t recommend it enough! Get ready to get strong 💪

This is efficient and effective. She gives you a plan weekly to follow and every week builds on the previous week. So pretty much when you are busy you just log in and get your workout done and feel better to continue with the rest of your day ❤️. She is also very funny and her workouts challenge you in a right way. Just don't question is. Do it.
