Although this is a better app version than the last, it’s still problematic. The biggest problem is that it CONSTANTLY asks to send a pin via text or email. Despite Face ID being used. Is it really really so hard to fingerprint the device so this doesn’t ned to happen 9 out of 10 times to login ! Why can every coder for all other banks figure this out but HW can’t. It’s such a pain to have to stop and go into email to wait for a pin to pop up almost daily. FIX THIS.
