I totally get the need for and support the use of a COMPREHENSIVE school communication app. As a parent of multiple children, that is a must and I’m glad the school has gone this direction. HOWEVER, I was (apparently????) randomly logged out of this app 3 months ago and cannot get back in to my children’s “rooms” to get messages from teachers, parents, counselors, etc. I enter my phone number to login, it says it is sending a code to validate, but the code never comes. Same with email. There is NO SUPPORT, zero. Not app/developer level support, not school level support. So I’m just stuck outside with no ability to know what I’m missing, tryout dates, sports practices and season details, homework and classroom struggles, etc. STRANGELY, I still see the primary Spencer County Schools page of General (snow day) type information. It makes no sense and there is no help. I suppose they’ll finish out their entire schooling with no communication from the educators and never being able to participate in extracurricular activities???? I’m a VERY tech savvy individual, for what it’s worth.
