HERB- The Kerala Herbal Cuisine restaurant is exclusively Vegetarian and Vegan portraying the aromatic spice blended food from the region of Kerala. The whole school of vegetarian cuisine takes its name from the traditional Herbal cooking in kerala . At Herb we pay the utmost attention to the principles of healthy cooking and incorporating the healing component of herbs and spices in our cuisine to our guests.

Herbal cuisine has a long and varied history springing from Kerala’s cultural diversity and the abundance of fresh ingredients, herbs and spices available locally.
