How the App Works: Depending on wether you’re participating as an employee or an employer, the WW4WL app collects data through surveys and/or time diaries. 1. Employee Surveys Employees will complete surveys assessing their experiences with remote work, including work-life balance, productivity, and job satisfaction. This data offers insights into how remote work affects their professional and personal lives. 2. Employer Surveys Employers provide information on organizational policies, remote work strategies, and team management practices, helping researchers understand how these factors affect productivity and team dynamics. 3. Time Diary Tracking Employees log their daily activities, detailing how time is spent on work tasks, personal activities, and family obligations. This feature helps researchers understand how remote work impacts time management and work-life integration.
