You’d think after spending thousands on one of their items they’d provide an app that doesn’t make you sit through an app of their headphones every time you open the app. The app is buggy, slow, for the most part, useless. Total trash.

Was working temporarily and I was able to upload my photos but now all my photos are stuck, but it says there’s nothing in my albums and I can’t upload any photos so now I’ve had the same photos for the past year. Please fix the app so I can change them.

Trying to sync the device to the App is like pulling a teeth. It keeps saying “No device detected” while the headphones is connected to my phone and working. It’s nice it gives you the option to set up your own audio range, but you have to be connected to the App first. Please fix the app.
