HOW IT WORKS — FOR CUSTOMERS

1. Tell us what you need. Pick a category (network, hardware, software, setup, cloud services), describe the problem, and add photos if useful.
2. Browse vetted engineers in your area. Each one is verified by our admin team — Hong Kong ID checked, qualifications reviewed.
3. Pick a fixed price tier. Pay through your in-app wallet — no surprise bills.
4. Track your engineer live as they head over.
5. Confirm the work, rate the engineer, done.

HOW IT WORKS — FOR ENGINEERS

1. Sign up. Upload your Hong Kong ID for identity verification. Optional: add IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, AWS, ITIL, HKIE, etc.) for higher tier eligibility.
2. Browse jobs in your area or get push-matched to ones that fit your skills.
3. Accept jobs at the customer's posted price. Travel with shared location, complete the work, log any extras (parts, extra time) for the customer to approve.
4. Get paid. Withdraw to a Hong Kong bank account.
