MRI Callmax

MRI Software’s Callmax Mobile App is a great companion to the Callmax Automated Communications website, providing access to many of the same great features right from your mobile device including the latest iPhone and iPad. Users can do a variety of tasks using the Callmax Mobile App:

• Listen to call recordings, view caller details, and take notes
• Return calls and respond to emergency page-outs
• Manage packages that are to be collected by and those to be delivered to the residents
• Speed-check (check-in and check-out packages) and manage resident notifications
• Manage maintenance and courtesy schedules
• Lone Worker Monitoring check in & out, and manage escalations
• View, search and edit users
• Refer to current greetings, announcements, and a varied FAQ
