2026-07-31	Ma*****	I like the app when it worked for me. I downloaded it a few months ago, paid for a full year then suddenly it stopped working due to a paywall issue. It would not let me past their discount screen. I have back and forth with support (which has tried to help, but they told me they would get back to me and never did). I have contacted them and they told me multiple times that they would get back to me and never did.

2026-07-29	Ni*****	Incredible app with a truly amazing, inclusive, and welcoming community. Can’t talk enough about how friendly and supportive the people on this app are. Only downside is the app is somewhat buggy and for the four months I’ve had it I hear other people mention bugs and I have seen bugs too

2026-07-29	Mj*****	This Melius ai thing doesn’t even work. Literally isn’t giving any reply whatsoever to my messages. So, if that is part of what justifies the price of the app, I’m not getting my money’s worth. I also wish the app were more structured with a daily plan or track to follow, kind of like Brainbuddy. That said, it is one of the better apps of this type.

2026-06-24	Di*****	To be clear this company had a data breach for 600,000 users, and the company’s response was to first deny, then they took months to fix the problem. To make matters worse, even though they fixed the breach, they still don’t have the level of encryption their competitors offer. Imagine having all of your private logs and most personal information in your recovery journey become publicly readable. I just wanted a refund from my subscription as it was less than 24 hours from when I got it. I didn’t want to leave any negative review. At the end of the day this company will take every dollar it can from people. Just look at all the reviews of people who were scammed into thinking they got a lifetime subscription. I get as a company wanting to make a profit, but there’s no need to be sloppy with policy and reckless with data security. Thankfully there are other secure alternatives that genuinely help and care about security. Hope I have prevented at least one person from making the same mistake as I have.
