User Reviews

Overall, users see value in basic diagnostics and maintenance insights, with several praising free version for standard code reading and the app's performance for certain dongles. However, the most mentioned issues are reliability and compatibility: frequent Wi-Fi connection problems to OBD readers, crashes after updates or on startup, iOS/device compatibility hurdles, and a perception that the Pro upgrade adds little value and can be costly. Others cite a clunky UI and missing advanced features. A few reviews note good support responsiveness when issues are addressed. The gist: useful tool but plagued by stability and compatibility concerns.
Pros
  • Free version covers reading and clearing standard OBD-II codes.
  • Easy to identify and clear codes.
  • Provides detailed performance insights and helps with maintenance scheduling.
  • Improved compatibility with various OBD dongles and devices.
  • Responsive support team that addresses issues quickly.
Cons
  • Unreliable Wi‑Fi connection to the OBD reader inside the app.
  • Frequent crashes or instability after updates.
  • Pro version offers little value and is overpriced or requires repurchase.
  • Compatibility issues with iOS versions/devices (e.g., accessory not supported).
  • Poor UI/UX and usability.
Recent reviews
Worked fine until the recent update. All lights working on WiFi dongle no issues with the dongle. I did email PNN the log and description no response.

This OBD 2 scanner use to be good for years it was free and easy to use. But greedy industry you are better off buying a OBD2 scanner that doesn’t have ads or buy a subscription in order to use this device. I deeply regret buying this garbage.
