V1connection, the app

V1connection links the Valentine One Gen2 detector directly to iOS, and can connect a Gen1 w/ESP via V1connection LE. It delivers the Threat Picture, whose illuminated arrows and distance readouts give you a real-time view of threats. Each signal on every band has its own directional arrow, and the Priority Alert is highlighted with a flashing arrow. You can switch among four screens—Quad Screen, V1 Screen, Threat Picture, and Threat List—and watch how the arrows and readouts help you assess threats. The app also acts as the Master Controller for your V1 system, letting you revise programming, adjust SAVVY settings, mute warnings, enable Dark Mode, and save custom profiles for different trips. Demo Mode runs automatically, so you can preview all features before enabling full functions.

New in this release are downloadable performance upgrades for Gen2 that are installed via the app (Gen1 upgrades are incompatible). eSAVVY lets you set a speed below which new warnings are muted, while audio can be transmitted to your car’s sound system or a helmet speaker. The app supports both US and non-US radar bands with configurable sweeps, and the included Threat Locator and Radar Locator help you analyze threats at a glance. The free downloads and upgrades, along with the dark mode and four-screen experience, make V1connection a central controller for your V1 system on the go.
