Overall, users find OneTouch Reveal easy to use, with automatic meter data logging and useful Apple Health integration that helps track glucose trends and share results with clinicians. The app shines when functioning but recurring issues include Bluetooth and account syncing problems, limited device support, short note limits, and occasional data delays. Addressing connectivity, compatibility, and UI limitations would improve reliability and usefulness.

Recent reviews

The apps’ color scheme cannot be adjusted, so those with viision impairments cannot adjust reading colors so that readings are clearly visible. Additionally, the the app sized cannot be increased by pinching the screen on mobile devices, nor does the app allow for it’s viewing in the landscape position rather than portrait thus restricting overall viewing capacity. Further, the inability to enter additional information, I.e., CGM readings, oral medications, or physical/emotional systems, prevents the creation of a single record reflecting all factors related to diabetes so that treatment plans can be more readily monitored and adjusted.
