LeanUp Tools is an application intended for manufacturing companies that contains a complete set of tools to increase productivity. It contains tools for reporting and solving problems in production, for making suggestions and improving the production process by workers, as well as reporting non-conformities in production. At the same time, it is possible to monitor and evaluate the current 5S state in the production process. Using the application speeds up the response to problem solving, improves monitoring of the current status of problem solving or improvement implementation, as well as the 5S status on each of the machines.
