2018-10-24	za*****	The app is a good idea but I find writing a simple message to a teacher is difficult. Can you make it easy for us to send a message to a teacher? The only way to communicate now is by replying to a message and dragging all the contents and the current message is buried away.

2015-09-25	su*****	Giving this one star is not even justifiable. But if I don't give, I can't review it. The app is badly design and unresponsive. We can't change the default password and the pop up screen doesn't even response. It takes minutes to load after you key in your password and still pop up screen doesn't go away. I am unsure why singapore MOE even award this project to this company at all. It doesn't even get updated and it's interface are totally primitive and not conforming to the iOS release. With emergency notifications, sent to parents and depends on this app? We will be scrambling to make any arrangement for our children. Please consider to change the vendor if you are not seriously going to improve this app. The SMS route is the best route for emergency replies.
