I added money to the wallet and now the app refuses to start up. Total scam and I will be disputing the charges

The App will not let me login. Tried contacting the email provided for support 10 times, no reply back. The phone number they provide is disconnected. I can’t even cancel the membership. Very frustrating, I may have to cancel my credit card to avoid getting charged. The store manager at 7-11 was not helpful.
