Features:

• Track daily symptoms including pain levels and fatigue
• Connect your wearable devices (Apple Health, Fitbit, Samsung Health) to share health data with your care team
• View activity, sleep, heart rate, and nutrition trends over time
• Complete exercise programs prescribed by your clinician
• Stay connected with your physiotherapy team throughout your recovery

Data Sources:

• Biometric data (heart rate, steps, sleep, nutrition) is collected from your connected wearable device(s) via the Terra API (https://tryterra.co)
• Symptom data is self-reported by you, the patient
• Exercise programs are created and prescribed by your licensed healthcare provider
