I just did a 45 minute mat class. Wow. It was incredible. I think doing it only by audio, with no video, is better. Video is distracting. Kim’s instructions are very clear so there’s no need for a video. And there’s nice background music. The ab series was killer.

I was looking to get back into classic Pilates classes without leaving the house. What this app offers is perfect for me. It is easy to follow, even though there is no visual. I love that the daily workouts are short, 15-20 minutes, so if you are busy, you can still get your workout in. If I continue to use the app every day, I know I will see improvements each day. Plus, if you use the app every day, you get rewarded with a bonus workout which is available at your leisure as long as you continue to use the app every day.
