2026-08-15	Ml*****	Worst customer service ever been trying to get a hold of this company for a few weeks. I have tried emailing them. I’ve tried sending him a message on Instagram I’ve tried messaging them on the app. There is no phone number to be found. My gift card is not working and I have got to talk to someone to get it figured out but it looks like that probably is not gonna happen. They have got it set up so you cannot get a hold of anybody.. they have a chat system on their app, but nobody ever replies

My boyfriend and I are long-distance, and I never have to worry about what to send him because this app always has something new. Plus, with the new AI update, it’s just perfect, I’ve been able to create incredible letters that reach all the way across the country. 2026-06-21	jm*****	I love the concept of the app and how easy it is to use. The workflow is totally intuitive and love that I can send a gift card too. My major gripe is that the designs are mostly pretty bad, like 80% of them are no better than what you’d find in a supermarket. I’d suggest the app creators to find new artists but definitely NO AI!!!

Plus this remix feature where you can customize the card has been a game changer because the card can become extra personal.

I love that I can schedule cards for the Escargot team to print and mail. I bought the monthly subscription, which is worth it to me. Yes, it is a tad more expensive than a card you can buy and send yourself, but it saves me the hassle and frustration of remembering to purchase a card for an occasion only to forget about it as soon as I need to do the other steps like writing, stamping, and timing the mailing.
