I downloaded this app and spent about 1 hour loading in my supplements. So easy. They had everyone of my supplements listed and rated. After all was loaded. I got my score and it was 80. I then played around to see how to optimize my score AND fill in any holes. It was so insightful and helpful. I have already got 2 of my friends to try this. Do it!!! You will be so pleasantly amazed.

I just look up supplements and read about them. You can deep dive and learn so much. I love that they have healthy use ratings. I dropped two of my old supplements for one highly effective capsule. Which is awesome because I have difficulty with swallowing pills. I was even able to receive a recommendation for a multivitamin for my 27 year old daughter. I keep track of my daily schedule and this has been so incredibly beneficial since I take medication that has to be isolated from other supplements.

The app is not what it claims to be. It’s a great app, for what it does- and yet they trick people into downloading it thinking it’s a different kind of app. Add nutrition syncing for iOS so myself, and others, aren’t out here guessing our numbers dangerously when you know the general person is not out here consulting an authoritative figure. Grow up and be responsible.
