Claimsure by Paysure

Claimsure’s goal is to make your experience seamless, providing you with secure access to a card to pay your claim. If your insurance company offers the Claimsure service, it takes just 3 simple steps:

1. Sign up with the unique code provided to you by your insurance company or employer, along with policy / membership details.
2. Securely add the payment card to your Wallet app.
3. Tap your phone at the payment terminal. You can upload invoices / receipts for review, check on the status of your claim and where applicable, pay for your share of the costs e.g. an excess or co-payment. If you require any assistance, please contact your insurance company or provider of your cover. Please note that Claimsure by Paysure does not make any claims decisions or offer any cover. Services are provided to your insurance company and any payment card provided is issued to them. Funds allocated to the card must be used according to the instructions provided to you by your insurance company and in line with their terms and conditions.
