It is highly suspected that it is an independent communication platform based on the secondary development of Telegram technology, not a simple shell; however, the background transparency is obviously insufficient, and it cannot reach the trust level of Telegram or Signal. The closed-source small workshop software uses the Japanese entity FUKUDA BOUEKI as the cross-border shelf strategy of App Store sellers.
