Aveni Assist is the companion mobile app for Aveni's AI-powered meeting analysis platform — built for FCA-regulated UK financial advisers.

Record face-to-face client meetings on your iPhone and send them directly to Aveni Assist for transcription, summarisation, and compliance review.

Recordings are stored locally until you confirm the upload. • Meeting context — Capture meeting topic, number of speakers, and client details before recording, so transcripts are properly tagged for review and reporting. • Offline-first — Record anywhere, even without a connection. Uploads queue automatically and resume when you're back online. • CRM integration — Connect your CRM (Intelliflo, Xplan) to attach recordings to the right client records, no manual matching needed. • Secure by design — Recordings are encrypted in transit and stored securely on your firm's tenant. Microphone access is only used during active recording. • Single sign-on — Login with your firm-issued adviser credentials via Auth0. Face ID for quick re-authentication.
