CamAPS FX (mmol/L)

Overview

The mylife CamAPS FX (mmol/L) extension continuously connects to CGMs (e.g., Dexcom G6 or FreeStyle Libre 3) and uses a closed-loop algorithm to guide insulin delivery via a connected pump. It analyzes CGM data, previous insulin and meals, and patient characteristics to aim for a target glucose around 6 mmol/L, updating in real time to refine insulin needs.

It supports remote monitoring (Companion mode) for guardians and can upload data to the cloud for visualization. It operates in Auto mode Off (open loop) and Auto mode On (closed loop) with safeguards if CGM data are unavailable.
