Minutes: AI Meeting Note Taker

A few weeks ago, I signed up for a free trial of this app to see if it would be useful for me. After trying it, I realized that it did not provide anything significantly different from other apps that offer similar services for free, so I decided I did not want to continue with the subscription. I was under the impression that I would receive a notification or reminder before the free trial ended and before I was charged, but I never received one. I was then unexpectedly charged $200 for a subscription that I did not intend to keep and have not been using. I tried contacting customer service, but unfortunately, there does not seem to be an effective way to speak with someone directly. I also emailed the company explaining the situation and requesting a refund, but they refused to return my money. This has been extremely frustrating. $200 is a significant amount of money, especially for a service that I did not intend to continue using and have not been using. I made an effort to address the issue as soon as I became aware of the charge. I am respectfully requesting that this charge be reviewed and that the $200 be refunded. I did not knowingly intend to continue with the paid subscription, and I would greatly appreciate a fair resolution to this situation.

I use this app almost daily and have for about a year. Recently the Copy option has disappeared. I used to copy the transcript right into my Claude app and can no longer do that. Sure I can send it directly to a new Claude thread, but I can’t copy into the thread that *I* want.
