It works but has a fatal flaw which makes it abhorrent to use. After filling the text bubble up with speech the courser does not follow new speech and therefore you have to touch the screen to scroll. Once you do this, it opens a keyboard. The only way out of the keyboard is to close the app. So in trying to have a conversation with a deaf person i was constantly opening and closing the app.
