The app’s main features at a glance:

• Low Glucose Predict (30-minute prediction): Feel more at ease with the Low Glucose Predict feature, which alerts you when a low is likely within 30 minutes so you can take action to avoid it.

• Glucose Predict (2-hour prediction): Be prepared with the 2-hour Glucose Predict feature, which shows where your glucose is going to help you stay ahead of highs and lows.

• Night Low Predict (night-time low glucose risk prediction): Enjoy a good night of sleep with the Night Low Predict feature, which shows your risk of a night-time low glucose and suggests preventive action.

• Glucose patterns: The pattern report provides insights into your glucose levels and suggests potential causes for highs and lows, so you can adapt your behavior.

• Useful recommendations: Learn how to improve your diabetes management with built-in educational articles and suggestions on what you can do to stabilize your glucose levels when a high or a low is predicted.

What you need for using the app: • An Accu-Chek SmartGuide device consisting of an applicator and a sensor • A compatible mobile device • The Accu-Chek SmartGuide app

Who can use the app: • Adults, 18 years of age and older • People with diabetes

As Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app is a mobile application, no direct interaction with a body part or tissue will take place.
