I was planning to renew my annual subscription, this time, but I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get a reminder email before it just happened. VERY shady behavior from any company, but even worse considering your line of business. Overall, service seems to work OK, but I’ll set my own reminder for the next renewal and probably look at alternatives.

Well the first 3 months were strong. But it started to slip. It was actually failing to remove me and I was being found at more locations. I was disappointed in the long run.
