Credit card information often does not save and checkout can be blocked (greyed-out place order button).
No order tracking or reliable location features (difficulty finding nearest store or tracking delivery).
Frequent app instability (not functional, crashes, or won’t open).
Points are tracked but not usable in-app (cannot apply rewards during checkout).

Recent reviews

Terrible app, can’t even create an account! Tried to verify phone number and got the code 5 hours later and still incorrect! Tried multiple times and even when I verified the phone number and hit submit, kept saying something went wrong! Don’t waste your time getting the app.

You are unable to check the progress of your order. Location? Forget about it. Non-existent. There’s absolutely no way to track the location of where your food + driver are or when they’re heading to you. My advice. Skip this app. Just order off of one of the many other food apps.
