Key Features

Live Game Lineups See live lineups as games unfold. Track who’s on the floor and how different combinations perform.

Runs Follow the momentum of every game. The Runs feature identifies scoring surges, neutral stretches, and key shifts in control as they happen, giving you a real-time feel for how the game flows.

Leaderboards & Clutch Stats Explore league leaderboards for players and teams across a wide range of advanced stats. Dive deeper with clutch statistics to see who performs best when the game is on the line.

Season Overlay Stats Toggle between live and season data instantly. Compare a player’s in-game performance with their season averages in one view to see who’s playing above or below their norm.

Assist Networks Visualize chemistry on the court. Discover who’s assisting who and how often, both at the game and season level, through our interactive assist network and detailed assisted-To tables.

Shot Data Explore detailed shot area and shot type stats for every player and team. At the season level, see player percentiles and team rankings for both shot areas and shot types. You can also filter by half-court, fast-break, or second-chance opportunities to understand scoring in context.

Customizable On/Off Filtering Use On/Off filtering across both lineup data and shot data. Choose any combination of players from a team to see how those changes affect performance in live games, over a stretch, or across the full season.

Shot Percentiles Go deeper into shooting analytics. Compare how players stack up across the league in every area of the court, from corner threes to paint finishes, and explore shot-type profiles like floaters, step-backs, cuts, and dunks.

PivotFade was built by two lifelong basketball fans who wanted a stats platform that captures the game the way it’s played. It’s simple when you need it to be, powerful when you want it to be, and always designed to make the story of the game clear.

PivotFade is not associated with the National Basketball Association (NBA).

User Reviews

I’ve been looking to replace TheScore app for a while and PivotFade seems like it has a ton of potential due to the sheer breadth of the data. The few issues I have with it are only aesthetics. The team colors overlaid on the scores could work if it was limited to just the score background, but then it extends to the top-performers’ stats, which then makes it really busy/too colorful and therefore difficult to quickly identify the teams of the top-performers. When you get to the box score, the data itself is unbelievable! That view would really benefit from a simpler design treatment: removing table borders and using a smaller font size so you can see more at once without scrolling a ton. Maybe it would be more appropriate to allow users to choose different font sizes in case there are accessibility issues, but the current font size makes it difficult for me to scan the available data quickly. I’m really excited to keep using and watch y’all grow this app! So much potential!

Completely changes the game by moving beyond basic box scores into professional-grade analytics that you usually only see in the pros. Unlike other trackers that just dump numbers on you, this app visualizes the data with incredible heat maps and unique metrics that actually explain why a team is winning or losing, or how a player is hot or cold. If you want true insight into efficiency and clutch performance rather than just a digital scorebook, this is the only app worth downloading.

Pretty much the best stats app available. I would love to have a favorites feature for players and teams added.
