I purchased credits and nothing works. I kept trying but it kept telling me to try again. Would like a refund on the credits since nothing works. Every time I try to edit this shows: “Oops, something went wrong. Please try after sometime.”

I’ve tried purchasing credits from this app twice it takes your money and doesn’t issue any credits now I’m having to deal with apple because style on support ignores me even after sending two messages trying to get my credits now I’ve had to dispute the charges with apple.
