Updating to say that I contacted customer service. They are refusing to refund the charge of $29.99 for a chat feature that I never requested or used. The app is helpful, but customer service is lacking. I was charged twice for the same plan. I contacted customer service three times to request a refund for the duplicate charge but heard nothing. I also paid for the PDF that disappeared into the ether. Wish I had not spent the money. It’s a shame because I could see the app being useful, but my overall experience was poor.
