Takes a long time to get stronger

If any app/game was the model of Pay To Win it would be this game. The liberation token system shows a specific win rate, and I feel that I have been taken advantage of. While you don't get bullied by other players whom have paid more than you (it is Co-op play) the goal of being like the other players maid me want to pursue having those same feature and I fell into their trap. I tried contacting support in game, their ticket system is broken and will not load my conversation or their reply.
