Karmyogi

Karmyogi is a Chrome extension developed as part of the Gujarat Government’s General Administration Department initiative. It automates repetitive HR tasks to boost productivity and efficiency, supporting core functions such as Employee Registration, Service Book, Leave Management, Annual Property Return, Performance Annual Report, and Payroll. Legacy transactions are preserved and integrated into a real-time database, with the Service Book serving as the complete record of each employee’s activities.

By centralizing HR workflows, Karmyogi streamlines data capture and reporting, enabling faster decision-making and improved governance. The extension provides a scalable backbone for government HR processes, ensuring that historical data remains accessible while new transactions are recorded instantly.
