This app has become incredibly frustrating because it keeps sending spam messages asking me to vote for the hospital as the “Best Pet Hospital.” I’ve asked them four separate times to stop sending these messages, yet they continue anyway. If a customer repeatedly asks to opt out of promotional messages, that request should be respected. Ignoring it shows a lack of respect for customers’ preferences and makes for a poor overall experience. Until they fix this and honor opt-out requests, I can’t recommend this app.
