Battery, Sensor, Signal Health
Keep your Home Assistant setup healthy — without digging through dashboards, logs, or custom views.
HA Monitor gives you one screen that answers "is anything wrong?" It scores your setup out of 100 and ranks what needs attention: batteries about to die, entities that went unavailable, devices on a weak link, automations that quietly stopped, and repairs or updates waiting in Home Assistant.
It doesn't replace Home Assistant. It finds the things Home Assistant doesn't put in front of you.
WHAT IT CATCHES
• Batteries before they die
Every battery in your home in one list, with history graphs and an estimate of how long each has left. HA Monitor learns what "full" and "empty" actually mean per device, because most sensors never report a clean 0-100%.
• Sensors that are lying to you
A sensor stuck at 100% for months looks perfectly healthy in Home Assistant. HA Monitor flags anything that has stopped changing as "Not reporting" — whatever value it happens to be showing.
• Battery changes, detected on their own
Swap a cell and HA Monitor notices the jump, closes the old cycle and starts a new one, so estimates sharpen over time. You can also mark a replacement yourself.
• Unavailable and unknown entities
Grouped by device and integration, so one dead hub reads as one problem instead of forty.
• Broken integrations
Including the ones with no entities at all to give them away, shown with Home Assistant's own explanation of what failed.
• Weak Zigbee, Z-Wave and Wi-Fi links
LQI and RSSI per device, classified and ranked, with routers identified.
• Your mesh, mapped
See how your Zigbee, Z-Wave and Thread devices actually connect. Map shows ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT, Z-Wave JS and Matter-over-Thread topology in one view — tap any device to trace its neighbours, spot weak and offline nodes, and jump straight to device details.
• Automations that stopped without telling you
Never-run, long-stale, disabled and unavailable automations, plus the ones pointing at entities that are already broken.
• Repairs, updates and notices
Home Assistant's own repair issues, pending updates and persistent notifications — including failed login attempts.
KEEP IT QUIET
• Snooze anything for a weekend, a week or a month
• Hide items you never want to see again
• Disable or delete a dead entity without leaving the app
• Jump straight to any entity in Home Assistant
FITS YOUR SETUP
• Reorder the pages you use most; the rest stay one tap away in Settings
• Real room names, read from your Home Assistant areas
• Full iPad layout with sidebar
NOTHING TO INSTALL ON THE SERVER
No YAML. No add-ons. No custom dashboards. No template sensors. Paste a long-lived access token and you're done.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
HA Monitor talks directly to your Home Assistant instance. Your data never passes through a server of ours, because there isn't one. Your access token is stored in the iOS Keychain.
HA MONITOR PRO
