Look I LOVE this game but every time I close the app it won’t let me play it stays on the loading screen I tried to reset my phone and still won’t work

Half of this game is fighting to exit out of ads. Also, if you close out of the game, you cannot continue where you left off, because it will get stuck on the “loading” screen.
