The space allows you to talk as much as you want and then purge. This helps manage your emotions and free you of constantly running it over and over in your head. Sometimes you might have to purge once or a thousand times before you feel better, and that is ok. This app does not judge and it is your space only. YOU ARE IN CONTROL.
