I guess the monthly 10 image limit for nonsubscribers was too much of a burden for Topaz because it's now zero images per month without a subscription. What a joke 😂

I cannot recommend this app because its licensing and payment policy are extremely disappointing and unfair to existing customers. I purchased the Windows version under what was presented as a lifetime license. However, when a new major version is released, existing users are expected to pay again separately. In practice, the “lifetime” license only seems to apply to the older version, while the improved version is moved behind another paid upgrade. This feels especially unfair because early users paid for a product that still felt unfinished. They reported issues, gave feedback, and helped the developer improve the app over time. After that feedback was used to fix problems and make the product better, the improved version was released as a new major version that those same users are expected to buy again. From a customer’s point of view, this feels like paying for a raw product, helping improve it for free, and then being charged again for the version that benefits from those improvements. That is a very poor way to treat people who supported the product early. The iOS version creates the same problem. If a user already bought the Windows version and has an account, access through the same account should be possible, or at least there should be a fair cross-platform policy. Instead, the iOS version requires a separate purchase, which makes the whole payment model feel excessive and fragmented. The value of the app is also questionable now, because much of the functionality it offers can already be achieved with ordinary artificial intelligence tools by using specific, well-written prompts. A separate paid app becomes much harder to justify when the same type of result can be produced through artificial intelligence without repeatedly paying for different versions and platforms. Overall, this licensing model destroys trust. The product may have some useful features, but the way lifetime licenses, major updates, and mobile access are handled feels unfair, unclear, and hostile to loyal customers. My review is strongly negative, and I would advise potential buyers to think very carefully before purchasing.

the actual enhance feature works well, but almost 90% of past image uploads cannot be deleted from the app; when I touch and hold on a picture, it does nothing. only for a few pictures does it show the delete options. I assume this is a bug. it needs to be fixed asap
