Adani Cement Connect

Adani Cement Connect is a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline cement ordering, tracking, and management for stakeholders in the cement industry. It supports SAP-integrated Sales Orders, allowing dealers and retailers to place orders and track status from request to dispatch. Delivery Order (DO) notifications are sent via SMS with real-time GPS details of the delivering trucks, keeping customers informed at every stage. Financial features include ledger and invoice generation with visibility into credit limits and outstanding balances.

Retailer onboarding introduces an approval workflow by TSO/DO and provides retailer IDs for app access. Retailers can place order requests, track orders through to delivery, and view reports on retailer-dealer interactions and rejection reasons. The app integrates with Axestrack for live tracking and URL-based GPS updates, enabling customers to monitor truck locations, stops, and ETA. A branding refresh aligns the app with Adani guidelines, with a full UI overhaul planned for the future to improve usability and efficiency.
